Nomiaska OÜ is broadly engaged in construction. More specifically, we specialize in the installation, renovation, and maintenance of water, heating, and sewage piping systems. We also handle the renovation and construction of external water and sewer networks. We offer our clients comprehensive construction services, including the building and refurbishment of toilets and bathrooms, as well as other related construction work. In addition, we provide a service that is still relatively uncommon in Estonia: fire-protection zone sealing and related installations. For all fire-safety work, we hold the necessary practical certification and license. When performing fire-sealing services, we use Hilti’s certified materials, which have been approved by the Estonian Rescue Board both in practice and in theory.

PFG remonditöökoda
PFG OÜ was founded in 2010 with the aim of providing repair, maintenance, and diagnostic services for VAG-group vehicles—Volkswagen, Audi, Škoda, Seat, and even older Porsches. Operations began at Ravila 51d in Tartu and continued there until November 2014. Due to the configuration of those premises, we also offered car washing and paintwork services. In November 2014, we relocated our paintshop to Tehnika 5 in Tartu, and as of March 2015 we have been offering full repair and maintenance services at the same address.
PERKi eksamirakendus
PERK (the Catch Data Submission Application for Fishermen) allows professional coastal and inland-water fishermen to submit mandatory fishing data continuously and electronically. Since July 1, 2024, data submission via PERK has been compulsory. The previously available PERK training app is no longer being updated, as the Estonian Fisheries Agency has established a comprehensive framework for introducing PERK and training users. Details are available on PERK’s official website. From September 2024 onwards, the coastal fisherman’s qualification exam will use a restricted-access PERK exam application to assess proficiency in PERK.

Throughout my career, I’ve gained experience and knowledge across a variety of fields, but one of the most exciting roles I currently fill is that of a freelance developer and home-lab server owner. This combination gives me the freedom to develop and experiment at my own pace, while continually learning new skills that will fuel my professional growth.
My home lab—servers running in my own home—is both my workplace and my playground. There, I test and develop a wide range of technological solutions: deploying and trialing new software, designing and refining development workflows, and running experiments that deepen my understanding of system architectures. Everything I do is part of an ongoing learning process, aimed at sharpening my expertise, expanding my development capabilities, and honing my problem-solving skills.
What I love most about this work is the challenge of finding creative solutions to complex problems. Whenever I encounter a roadblock, I research alternative approaches, experiment with new tools and technologies, and iterate until I discover the best possible solution.
I also maintain an online blog where I share my knowledge and experiences with others. I write about my projects, the solutions I’ve found, and the technological experiments I run, helping fellow developers learn from my journey and avoid the mistakes I made early on. Blogging lets me structure my learning, document my progress, and give back to the developer community.
Because technology evolves so rapidly, owning and operating a home-lab server provides me with endless opportunities to learn. Every new experiment and project adds valuable experience that helps me grow my skills and broaden my horizons. It’s a constant evolution—each day brings a fresh chance to learn and improve.
